1. 负责公司的产品生命周期管理流程中售后阶段的技术服务和信息的导入和管理;
Responsible for the after sales technical service support during company's product life-cycle management process and the inputting and managing aftersales information;
2. 响应公司内部的售后服务需求,协调市场销售部门与工程研发部门的业务,
Response company internal of after-sales service needs, coordinating between the market sales and engineering development;
3. 与销售部门一起编制使用说明书和维修手册
Compile the user’s manual and maintenance manual together with Sales department;
4. 提供市场反馈,并协助完善产品及解决方案
Provide market feedback, assist product development to improve product quality and offer solutions to the aftersales problems;
5. 负责维修配件的技术支持和售后专用工具的开发
Responsible for maintenance accessories of technology support and developing special tools for aftersales
6. 协助市场销售部门对售后技术人员和维修工人培训的工作
Assist marketing & Sales department to train the aftersales technicians and maintenance workers;
7. 跟踪产品开发流程,深入理解公司产品功能特性及能够与同类竞争产品的优劣进行分析。
Track product development process, understanding company products function characteristics in-depth and make benchmark analysis of competition products.
1. 可以使用英文听说读写,有良好的沟通能力、表达能力及服务意识;
Have good communication skills in English
2. 有5年以上汽车研发或汽车企业工作经验,如有售后技术服务经验优先;
5-year experience in automotive R&D or car OEM. It's referred If having aftersales technical service experience;
3. 理解汽车结构和原理;
Knowledgeable of vehicle structure and principle;
4. 机械专业本科以上学历,汽车专业优先;
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, Automotive major is preferred;
5. 为人诚信、敬业,较强的归纳、合作和协调能力。
Integrity, professionalism, and have strong abilities of making summaries, cooperation and coordination.
