1. Overall responsibility of city finance.
2.Plan and build city finance functions and team to meet fast growing city business needs.
3.Support city general manager and city management team to drive and control all the business lines in the city.
4.Work as extension of corporate accounting to make sure city level business transactions are properly processed and supporting vouchers, agreements and invoices etc. are well managed according to guidelines of corporate accounting.
5.Handle city level tax matters in accordance with the instructions of corporate tax and manage relationships with local tax authorities as local key contact.
6.Be responsible for the preparation of city budget and rolling forecast.
7.Ensure proper budget control of city level business lines.
8.Perform budget/forecast analysis and identify risks/opportunities to facilitate city operations.
9.Ensure uniform implementation of corporate policies at city level business lines.
10.Ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager of this position.
1. Bachler degree or above.
2. At least 7 years of related working experience in finance. Last position should be a team manager role.
3. Experience of overall responsibility of finance function is a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proactive and self-driven.
6. Good people management skill and experience.
7. Teamwork.
8. Proficient in both English and Chinese.
9. ERP knowledge.
