Responsible for all EXEED program related topics of SUSPENSION system development engineering from concept phase to start of production

EXEED system concept, packaging and cost reduction study and proposal

Engineering & Release of SUSPENSION system

SUSPENSION system and component design and process validation

Guide and control related supplier to work with EXEED and provide high quality deliverables on time

Propose design solution and validate product, finalize production preparation for product lunching

Lead creation of engineering standards and requirements on related components

Cost and weight reduction in concept phase, design and quality improvement in development phase

Support the development and execution of a robust quality driven product development process

More than 5 years’ experience of SUSPENSION system design/development in automotive OEM or SUSPENSION system supplier

Detail know-how on optimize SUSPENSION components and system requirement definition to improve vehicle performance

Experienced on Engineering & Release of foundation SUSPENSION components and system, familiar with K&C definition and simulation

Familiar with the integration of SUSPENSION, familiar with the interaction of SUSPENSION and it’s relative system

Fluent in English speaking and professional in English writing skills

Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent

C1 drive license
