Responsible for all M3X program related topics of Tires & Wheels system development engineering from concept phase to start of production

Tires & Wheels system concept, packaging and product definition

Engineering & Release of Tires, Wheels, Spare Tires, Tools, Tool Box

Tires & Wheels system design and process validation, Tires Screening, Tires tuning, Wheels Styling optimizing

Guide and control related supplier to work with M3X and provide high quality deliverables on time

Propose design solution and validate product, finalize production preparation for product lunching

Lead creation of engineering standards and requirements on related components

Cost and weight reduction in concept phase, design and quality improvement in development phase

Support the development and execution of a robust quality driven product development process

More than 5 years’ experience of Tires & Wheels system design/development in automotive OEM or Tires & Wheels system supplier

Detail know-how on optimize Tires & Wheels hardware to improve vehicle Tires & Wheels performance

Experienced on Engineering & Release of Tires & Wheels system, familiar with Tires Uniformity, Wheels strength simulation, TPMS, ETRTO

Experienced in physical and virtual component and system validation of Tires & Wheels system

Fluent in English speaking and professional in English writing skills

Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent

C1 drive license
