1、本科及以上学历,汽车工程/机械设计与制造/自动化等相关专业本科以上学历,英语沟通能力良好;
bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering / mechanical design / manufacturing / automation, bachelor degree or above, good written and spoken English skills;
2、3年或以上整车企业或汽车零部件企业相关工作经验;
at least 3 years above working experience in automobile related field;
3.、熟悉电动汽车动力电池结构及制造工艺,了解相关性能要求;
familiar with the electric vehicle power battery structure and manufacturing process, understand the relevant performance requirements;
4、 熟悉整车电气接口,新能源车辆电器控制原理及逻辑,动力电池控制系统,电气和电控原理,熟悉电池高压安全原理;

5、了解整车项目的开发流程以及相关整车结枸;
