1. 负责新车型开发焊装SE同步工程工作;

2. 焊装工艺文件编制;

Preparation of welding process documentation;

3. 竞品车对标分析;

Competing product vehicle analysis;

4. 焊装工艺验证工作;

Verification of welding process;

5. 车身制造策略;

Body Manufacturing Strategy

6. MCP/MCS制作;

MCP/MCS production;

7. 焊接同步工程标准建立。

Welding synchronization engineering standards established.

任职要求

1. 本科以上学历，机械及相关专业，整车厂或设计公司5年以上工作经验，

参与3个以上焊装SE项目;

Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or related. More than 5 years of professional experience, participation in 3 or more SE projects;

2. 熟练运用CATIA、UG等3D设计软件;

Skilled use of CATIA, UG and other 3D design software;

3. 掌握夹具结构设计和焊接工艺性能模拟分析;

Grasp the fixture structure design and welding process performance simulation analysis;

4. 具备焊接现场故障分析解决能力;

Have welding field failure analysis and resolution capabilities;

5. 掌握焊接工艺规划、工艺布局;

Master welding process planning and process layout;

6. 了解冲压和尺寸专业的基础知识，了解白车身基础知识。

Learn the basics of stamping and sizing professionals and understand the basics of bodyshop.
