岗位职责

1.负责规划及制定总装车间的预算，包含必要的人员，设施/设备/流程;

Responsible for plan and set up the GA Shop Budget including all necessary personnel, equipment/ processes.

2.负责规划及设定总装车间生产团队的精益管理

Responsible for plan and set up a lean GA production team for Business Excellence including.

3.定义不同职位和角色的职责。

Define roles and responsibilities for the different positions.

4.和人事部门协作，按照招聘人员的计划，保证具备相应岗位能力的合格人员及时招聘到岗。

Together with HR secure that the right competence and numbers are hired in time.

5.按照和瑞典NEVS公司统一的工作理念和方式对总装生产团队的人员进行培训，确保其按照公司要求生产高质量产品。

Plan and secure GA production teams training in NEVS production philosophy and way to work to build top quality products.

6.规划总装生产团队人员接受相关质量培训，确保其完成的总装生产任务符合公司质量要求。

Plan and secure GA production teams training in building the products to achieve required targets of product Quality and Volume.

7.对日常总装车间生产运营进行管理。

In running production responsible for the management of GA Production operations .

8.确保总装车间的操作符合公司的价值，使命。

Responsible for the GA production business operate and live up to the company's vision, mission and values.

9.负责设定有挑战性的员工绩效目标并创造敢为人先的工作氛围。

Responsible for getting employees to set challenging goals and create a bold culture.

10.负责训练并指导员工进行持续改进操作。

Responsible for coaching and guiding their staff to continuously improve operations.

11.促进跨部门协作任务的展开及推进。

Responsible for encouraging cross-functional and process approach.

任职要求

1、机械制造或汽车工程相关专业本科及以上学历，CET-4 及以上，英语熟练，具备沟通能力。

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical manufacturing or automotive engineering.CET-4 or above, fluent in English and communication skills.

2、8年以上国内主流车厂工作经验，6年以上汽车行业总装生产管理工作经历，精通总装工艺和质量管理。

At least 8 years of work experience in major OEM'S, more than 6 years GA manager of production management in the automotive industry, skillful at GA process and quality.

3、熟悉精益生产理念，具备精益生产专业知识

Familiar with lean production with related professional knowledge

4、经历过工厂建设、设备导入、工艺实现的前期工作。

Have experience with factory construction, equipment installation and commissioning, process development, etc.

5、具备良好的沟通能力。在不同文化背景团队的协同工作过程中，可以具有前瞻性的互相取长补短

Have communication and relationship building skills, seeing the advantages of working in an multi culture organization where we can learn from each other.

6、具有较强的计划性。

Strong forward planning skills.
