岗位职责

1、负责新车型项目试制车计划跟踪及管理，跨部门协调工作;

2、负责样车车身软模零件订单制作，跟踪软模零件状态、质量及验收;

3、负责制定车身试制工艺，制定计划及预算编制;

4、负责制定车身制造方案，工装夹具准备及工艺布局规划

5、负责样车试制过程中的问题跟踪、分析和解决;

6、负责协调管理新车型项目试制车质量目标的达成，跨部门协调工作;

【Job Responsibility】

1. Responsible for tracking and management of new model project trial production plan, and cross-departmental coordination;

2. Responsible for the production of the soft mold parts orders of the sample car body, tracking the state, quality and acceptance of the soft mold parts;

3. Responsible for the development of the body trial production process, the development of plans and budget;

4. Responsible for making the body manufacturing plan, tooling preparation and process layout planning

5. Responsible for tracking, analyzing and solving problems in the trial production of sample cars;

6. Responsible for coordinating and managing the achievement of quality objectives of new model project trial production, and coordinating work across departments;

任职要求

1、本科以上学历，汽车专业、机械制造专业或其他相关专业;

2、熟悉汽车制造工艺、开发等方面的知识，有相关试制工作经验的优先考虑;

3、具备分析、解决问题的能力，较强的执行能力;

4、具备较好的英语读写能力，沟通表达能力。

【Job Requirement】

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automobile, mechanical manufacturing or other related majors;

2. Familiar with automobile manufacturing process, development and other knowledge, relevant trial production experience is preferred;

3. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, and strong executive ability;

4. Good English reading and writing skills and communication skills.
