岗位职责

Contribute to level 1 analysis and sometime Level 2 analysis of incidents declared by the manufacturing department,

Manage the organisation & planning of customer protection.

Obtain the supplier’s acknowledgement of his responsibility in the non-compliance problem

Handle non-compliances originating from the suppliers within 0 km or after, feedback from the Customer network,

Evaluate the relevance of responses from every 8D step proposed by the supplier.

Assesse the effectiveness of 8Ds by conducting audits for the suppliers within his scope

Contribute to the improvement of Ranking supplier sites within their scope on behalf of Renault customers.

Participate, with the Engineering Department Manager, in mass production after Comodif validation, in validation of the ANPQP deliverables required for approving a new PSW for the BOP with low or medium risks.

In UCM, evaluate the compliance of geometrical measurements of BOP defined by the plant geometry leader

Establish the re-invoicing file after obtaining the payment agreement from the supplier.

任职要求

Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering;

At least 5 years relevant working experience in automotive and parts manufacturing industry;

At least 3 years relevant working experience in OEM Quality.

Fluent in written & spoken English.
