岗位职责

根据项目开发需求，负责制定试验计划、管控试验进度、反馈试验问题、跟踪并关闭试验问题，确保在项目节点完成耐久试验、座椅及碰撞安全、，并完成测试报告。负责测试开发设备、仪器及相关试验室的操作、维护。

Be responsible for making durable test plan, control test process, feedback test issues, tracking / closing all issues and making test report before project milestone based on the durable test、seat performance test, safety test requirements of project. Be responsible for management, maintenance and calibration of T&D facilities, instruments and related labs.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

l 负责编制耐久与安全测试(包括：综合耐久、VOCF、整车腐蚀、座椅信赖性、碰撞等测试等计划

Be responsible for making durable & safety test plan (including Durable test, VOCF test, R-343 , Seat reliability test, and crash test.)

l 负责DV/PV测试样车数量选择、试验备件准备、各试验场试验合同签署

Be responsible for confirm test vehicle quantity, spare parts and contract signed with each PG

l 负责完成试验前测试样车的静态、动态检查及各种数据测量，及签收问题返修

Be responsible for measuring vehicle data, static check and dynamic check, and rework for sign-off issues before test

l 按测试计划，主导完成综合耐久试验、VOCF试验、整车腐蚀试验、座椅信赖性、碰撞等测试等，以验证整车各系统的耐久损伤满足图纸设计要求和国家标准，并满足整车项目开发节点

Lead and finish Durable test, VOCF test, R-343,Seat reliability test, and crash test to verify all fatigue damage to meet drawing requirements and national standard limits based on vehicle project milestone

l 负责整车耐久&安全试验问题反馈、跟踪、调查、改进直到问题关闭

Be responsible for durable & safety test issue feedback, tracking, investigation, improvement and close

l 综合耐久试验过程中，负责试验安全、样车保密、保障车及技师团队的现场管理工作

Responsible for test safety, vehicle secret, and service vehicle and technician team administration during durable test inside PG

l 试验结束后，负责试验样车拆解、测量、检查等相关工作，并完成测试报告

Be responsible for measurement, check after test vehicle teardown and finish test report

l 负责编制、更新试验程序，并按试验需要采购相应的数采设备

Be responsible for making and updated test procedure and purchase test equipment as required by durable test.

l 协助完成售后问题调查、降本需求、设计变更的试验工作

Assisting and finish test for warranty issue, cost down and design changed

l 负责测试设备、仪器的标定及维修保养工作

Responsible for test device calibration, repair and maintenance

l 协助上级主管根据马自达相关试验室及/或试验场的工况要求，完成比对工作

Assisting supervisor for finishing correlation study as test mode required by related Mazda testing laboratories and/or proving ground

l 较强的团队合作、承受工作压力能力

任职要求

· 汽车工程/机械/测试/制造/电子/自动化/.相关专业全日制本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering /mechanical/ manufacture/ automatic or etc. relevant major

· 有汽车行业耐久试验相关经验。

With Vehicle durable tests experiences

· 熟练的驾驶技术。

Skilled driving experience.

· 有汽车相关行业经验或熟练日语者优先

Relevant auto working experiences or master Japanese is plus

· 英文CET4 级以上
