车辆精致工艺评价及客观数据测试

Vehicle Craftsmanship Evaluation and objective data test

主要职责:

Main Responsibility:

1) 负责根据测试计划进行整车精致工艺方面的评价测试(内外饰品质、耐候、防水、操作性等)。

Be responsible of vehicle craftsmanship evaluation according to test plan (Exterior & Interior Quality\waterproof \atmospheric exposure test\Operation etc.)

2) 负责试验数据的分析，完成试验报告，并能跟踪测试问题的解决。

Be responsible of analyse test data, make test report, follow up the solution of test concern.

3) 负责制定试验大纲及测试程序。

Make test outline and test procedure.

4) 负责试验设备仪器的需求整理、采购计划制定并跟踪执行。

Be responsible of collecting facility requirement, making purchasing plan and follow up.

5) 负责根据新项目、及其他部门需求负责进行竞争对手车辆对标活动。

Base on new project and requirement of other team to do benchmark activity.

6) 负责支持质量部进行厂内/售后重大问题的调查分析。

Support QA to investigate in serious issues before MP and after.

7)负责根据技术中心国产化、价值工程的要求负责进行相关的验证工作。

Be able to conduct test work according to the requirement of value project and technical localization.

任职要求

· 大学本科以上学历，汽车、机械等相关专业。

Above bachelor degree in related major; Automobile / mechanical engineering.

· 熟悉车辆各细分区域的构成以及功能，如外观、内饰、电器等系统。

Familiar with vehicle structure and function like Exterior & Interior,electrical system.

· 有车辆精致工艺评价工作经验者优先。

Prefer who has experience in crfatsmanship .

· 能以客户的角度对车辆的外观、内饰、座椅、仪表、灯光、空调、电器等部件进行评价。

Be able to evaluate vehcile from customer’s point of view.( Exterior & Interior, Seat ,Light ,AC)

· 在汽车行业工作三年以上。

Three years experiences in automobile industry.

· 正直，有热情，细致，耐心，工作主动、有条理，团队合作意识。

Team player ,eager to lear,be positive.

· 英语技能 – 听说读写清晰，简明和流利，通过大学英语四级。

English ability requirement, above CET-4 ,be able to read and write smoothly.
