岗位职责

Support to creating vehicle concept : Architecture, design, USPs, performance requirements, choose technical solutions;

Build detailed feasibility for product & process development , Create & finalize the technical specifications of costs for commodities ;

Control supplier to ensure product & process development, prepare validation and industrialization;

Validate product and tune process, finalize production preparation for product launching;

Build strong connection to Vehicle Attribute Teams (NVH, Ergonomics, HMI, Styling and Safety) to support attribute delivery;

Practice all the Gate & DMR tech-review to ensure each deliverables are available according with quality requirement.

任职要求

More than 5 years’ experience in Vehicle Interior Systems development;

Very good knowledge about Design and Release processes in an automotive OEM;

Detailed know-how on Interior component hardware and production technologies (molding, tooling, …);

Experienced in physical and virtual component and system validation;

Knowledge about CAE simulation tools and CAD (CATIA);

Knowledge about Testing validation;

Fluent in English speaking and professional in English writing skills;

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
