岗位职责

Coordinate and manage all development for the control unit including cross functional align-ment (i.e. engineering, integration, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, homologation, etc.) internally as well as be the main interface to the supplier;

Define component level requirements for the control unit including functional, non-functional, and other business requirements;

Ensure the on-time delivery, quality, and cost of aligned content for all project milestones;

Ensure the specifications are aligned according to the project and business needs;

Perform Error and Change Management with the supplier.

任职要求

Education: Masters of Electrical / Computer Engineering or similar;

Work Experience: >10 years including experience abroad managing suppli-ers (ex. US suppliers);

English(Written & Oral): Exceptional English skills in both written and oral;

Computer Skills: MS Office, Requirements Management, Change Man-agement.
