岗位职责

Lead the team to develop Body Shop process for new/modified vehicle module for whole life cycle to make sure the efficient/high quality operation methods implemented in production lines. Support both up-stream and down-stream dealing with related problems and technique topics. Coordinate with related department to obtain what the team need and issue output to production.

完成详细工艺开发、招投标;支持规划项目实施及在产项目的工艺维护、问题解决工作等。支持上、下游工艺并处理相关的问题和技术主题。与相关部门合作，为车身规划团队推动处理多部门合作的项目并应用至生产制造。

Core Accountabilities:

主要工作职责：

lLead Body function projects and lead problem solving process.

lInvolve in simultaneous engineering, product manufacturing feasibility assessment.

Product and Process manufacturing feasibility analysis.

Conduct simulation analysis.

Support Process Planning (interface between process and simulation).

Support Specification team to establish / maintain the Feasibility Standards and Standardized Feasibility Analysis / Check Procedures.

The experienced Process Designer users as well as Robcad, Catia.

lDevelop body function related manufacturing processes, prepare/review process documents, process layout and relevant technical documents.

lPrepare technical bidding related documentation for equipment and tools.

lLead equipment integration and related design review, manufacturing review, pre-acceptance and final acceptance.

lLead on-site installations and commissioning of equipment.

lSupport production projects from concept to validation.

lAccumulate project lessons learnt and ensure efficient communication to ensure enhanced manufacturing robustness for new programs.

l负责工厂、产品项目及产能提升项目的工厂规划、生产线方案规划、投资估算等。

l参与同步工程及生产制造可行性分析。

白车身产品和生产工艺流程的可行性分析。

进行仿真分析。

支持工艺规划(作为工艺和仿真的对接人)

支持规范团队建立/维护相应的可行性标准和标准化的可行性分析/检查规程。

熟练使用工艺软件，列如Robcad和Catia。

l开发相应的车身制造工艺，准备/审核工艺文件，工艺布局图和相应的技术文档。

l为项目提供相关的技术招投标文件。

l负责项目中设备集成相关的设计评审，制造评审，预验收和终验收。

l负责按照项目时间节点来合理安排产线的现场安装及调试。

l从设计到验证阶段支持生产相关项目。

l针对现有工艺及项目经验提出合理化改进建议，确保有效沟通并合理应用至新项目中。

任职要求

Minimum 5 years related experience in auto industry.

至少5年相关汽车行业经验。

Good knowledge with vehicle body assembly process development, joining technologies and body assembly tooling and equipment.

Good knowledge CAD, UG, CATIA, etc.

Familiar with SE (Simultaneous Engineering).

Good knowledge with MDS(机械设计标准), Dimension & Matching process.

Familiar with PFMEA, Control plan, SOS/JIS/WES, etc.

Familiar with project management and related software use.

Familiar with ISO9001 & IATF 16949.

l精通白车身装配工艺开发，车身连接技术，白车身装配工具以及设备。

l精通CAD, UG, CATIA等技能。

l熟悉同步工程。

l精通机械设计标准，尺寸和匹配。

l熟悉PFMEA，控制计划，SOS/JIS/WES等。

l熟悉项目管理和相关软件技能。

l熟悉ISO9001 和 IATF 16949。

Language:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

较强的中英文口语和写作能力。

Academic Requirements:

学术要求：

Full-time bachelor or above degree, majored in auto mechanical engineering related major.

全日制本科或以上学历，汽车机械工程相关专业。

Certifications:

所获证书：

CET-4

英语四级及以上

Business Travel:

出差情况：

5% business trip to Shanghai or other places.

大概5%的出差几率到上海或其他地方。
