岗位职责

Life cycle management of ME Body process/procedure. A window in ME Body to dealing with all kinds of exterior changes from program management, product engineering and shop floor.

主要负责ME车身工艺/规程的生命周期管理。处理ME车身部门与外部门(项目管理，产品工程和车间)之间的各种外部变更及相应的流程管理。

Core Accountabilities:

主要工作职责：

lLead Body process related documents management, meet QMS and Audit requirements.

lSupport External Audit, coordinator in Body ME.

lAnalysis and structure-check of EBOM, PBOM and MBOM.

lOversee/manage all engineering change requests of Bodyshop.

lProcess engineering change in PLM system.

lFollow up changes of the delivery of MCR, MCO, BOP, AIS, PFMEA and PCOS.

lFollow up and manage breaking point of each ECO/MCO in Bodyshop.

lCoordinate the onsite ECO application in Bodyshop.

lManagement/coordinator process change between Bodyshop and MP&L.

l负责车身工艺相关的文件管理，满足QMS和审计要求。

l作为ME车身的协调人，支持外部审计工作。

l分析并核对EBOM，PBOM和MBOM。

l审核/管理所有的车身车间工程更改请求。

l负责PLM系统的工程改变录入。

l跟踪MCR, MCO, BOP, AIS, PFMEA 和 PCOS交付物的状态。

l跟踪并管理车身车间每个ECO/MCO的断点。

l配合现场工程更改指令的实施。

l管理/协作车身与与MP&L之间的工艺更改。

任职要求

工作经验：

Minimum 5 years related experience in auto industry.

至少5年相关汽车行业经验。

Desired Skills / Knowledge / Competency:

希望候选人具备的技能/知识/能力:

lFamiliar with car Manufacturing process, welding, Hemming, Torque, etc.

lGood knowledge with ISO9001 & IATF 16949.

lFamiliar with the structure of BOM.

lFamiliar with the procedure of engineering change management.

lFamiliar with the operation of TC or PLM (product life cycle) system.

lFamiliar with PFMEA, Control plan, SOS/JIS/WES, etc.

lFamiliar with CAD, UG, CATIA, etc.

lFamiliar with project management and related software use.

l熟悉白车身制造工艺，焊接，包边，扭矩等。

l精通ISO9001 和 IATF 16949。

l熟悉BOM结构。

l熟悉工程改变管理规程。

l熟悉TC或者PLM(产品生命周期)系统的操作。

l熟悉PFMEA，控制计划，SOS/JIS/WES等。

l熟悉CAD, UG, CATIA等技能。

l熟悉项目管理和相关软件技能。

Language:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

较强的中英文口语和写作能力。

Academic Requirements:

学术要求：

Full-time bachelor or above degree, majored in auto mechanical engineering related major.

全日制本科或以上学历，汽车机械工程相关专业。
